At Neon Nook, we know how much your personalised gifts mean to you. That’s why we handle every crystal-clear acrylic piece with the utmost care, from our Manchester studio to your doorstep.

1. Production Times (Handcrafted for You)

Every item is bespoke and made-to-order.

  • Standard Production: 3–5 working days.

  • Peak Seasons (Christmas/Valentine’s): 5–7 working days.

Note: Production time is the time it takes us to polish, print, and pack your gift before it is handed to the courier.

2. UK Shipping Options

We partner with Royal Mail and DPD to ensure your memories arrive safely.

3. International Shipping

We love sending our "Nooks" around the world!

  • Europe: £12.99 (5–10 working days)

  • Rest of World (US/Australia/etc.): £18.99 (7–14 working days)

Please note: International customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.

4. Track Your Order

Once your order leaves our Manchester studio, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s journey every step of the way.

5. Eco-Friendly & Secure Packaging

Because acrylic is precious, we take extra steps to protect it:

  • Protective Film: Most acrylic items arrive with a thin, cloudy protective film to prevent scratches. Please peel this off to reveal the crystal-clear finish!

  • Recyclable Materials: We use reinforced cardboard and biodegradable void-fill wherever possible to ensure your gift is as kind to the planet as it is beautiful.

6. Damaged in Transit?

While we pack our items to withstand a bumpy ride, accidents happen. If your acrylic plaque arrives damaged:

  1. Take a photo of the item and the packaging.

  2. Email us at hello@neonnook.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately at no extra cost.
