Welcome to Neon Nook. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Neon Nook's Website, located at neonnook.co.uk.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Neon Nook if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Personalisation & Accuracy

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all spelling, dates, and uploaded images for personalised items are correct at the time of order.

  • Production: We will print/engrave exactly what is provided. Neon Nook cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by the customer.

  • Image Quality: For photo acrylic blocks, the final print quality depends on the resolution of the uploaded file. We recommend high-resolution images for the best crystal-clear finish.

2. Cancellations & Returns (The "Personalised" Rule)

  • Non-Returnable: In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, items that are made to a customer's specifications or are clearly personalised cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • Cancellation Window: Because we aim for fast turnaround in our Manchester studio, orders move to production quickly. Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of order placement.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your acrylic plaque arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@neonnook.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund for verified faulty goods.

4. Intellectual Property

  • By uploading an image or design, you confirm that you own the copyright or have permission to use the image. Neon Nook reserves the right to refuse orders that infringe on intellectual property rights or contain offensive/illegal content.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, these are guidelines and not guarantees. Neon Nook is not liable for delays caused by couriers (Royal Mail, DPD, etc.) or customs for international orders.

  • Failed Delivery: If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee will apply.

6. Material Disclaimer (Acrylic Nature)

  • Acrylic is a durable but scratch-sensitive material. Please follow the care instructions provided (e.g., cleaning with a soft microfibre cloth only).

  • Minor variations in the "glow" of neon-style prints may occur due to screen settings versus physical ink.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
